Origin: Tuscany. Widespread and cultivated throughout central Italy, including the Marche region.

Organoleptic characteristics: the oil is delicate, golden yellow with green reflections. It has a fresh, slightly fruity, and slightly bitter and spicy taste, due to the presence of polyphenols.

Suitable for cooking, for both raw and cooked dishes.
